WHAT IS FINANCIAL COACHING?
Financial Coaching is understanding your current situation and your goals then providing knowledge, tools, and guidance to assist you in achieving your financial goals. Areas include but not limited to establishing a budget, why a budget is important, how to make a plan to get out of debt, how to begin saving in for emergencies.
How do I know if financial coaching is for me
Financial coaching is for everyone. If you want to save, grow and give what a better way than have someone help guide and direct you in ways to improve your financial situation.
What is the Coaching process
The coaching process begins with your decision to ask for guidance. The second step is to schedule a 30 minute initial consultation so I can hear and learn about your overall financial concerns. After the consultation, you and I will determine if we are a good match. If it is determined we will make a good team, I will request additional information and you will schedule a 60 minute consultation. After the first session, I will send follow up recommendations. Additional coaching sessions will be scheduled as needed.
If I am married does my spouse need to attend/participate
YES, Couples are a team. Coaching is more successful when both partners are involved, in agreement, and working the plan together. Couples who are on the same financial game plan are more successful with reaching their financial goals.
I am single do I need a financial coach
Yes, A financial coach will guide and support you to meet your financial goals.
Do you work for Dave Ramsey?
I have successfully completed the Ramsey Financial Coaching Master Training. I am an independent , fee based coach that works for the client. I educate, make recommendations and guide the client to reach their financial goals. It is important the client understands he/she makes his/her own decisions. I am not a CPA, CFP or a licensed insurance or investment professional.
